Who runs and owns the Chronicle platform, marketplace, and this website?
Chronicle Services LLC and Chronicle Media Pty Ltd, together "Chronicle" own and operate the Chronicle platform and marketplace ("App").
What devices do you support?
At the moment the Chronicle platform is best supported on your PC or laptop device, as well as your smart phone browser. We also have an Android app available in the Google Play Store.
What browsers do you support?
We support Chrome, Edge and Safari. Firefox is not supported.
Do you have a Chronicle mobile app available?
Chronicle is available on Android and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. An iOS app is currently in development.
What currency is used on Chronicle?
All Chronicle collectibles are in US Dollars ("USD").
What fiat payment methods do you support?
Chronicle has integrated Stripe and accepts Visa and Mastercard® as payment methods. For the loading of your Chronicle Credits balance, see refer to Chronicle Credits below.
What are Chronicle Credits?
Set to launch with its secondary marketplace, Chronicle Credits are your in-App balance for use within the Chronicle App (as an alternative method to Stripe, which is used for single purchases). Credits allow you to utilise the Secondary Marketplace and also participate in Auctions. You can load Chronicle Credits via your User Profile with either a Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard®) or USDC via the Ethereum network. You must be KYC approved to utilise the Chronicle secondary marketplace. You must be KYC approved to load or withdraw credit via the Circle Payments API.
What charge will show up on my bank statement?
You will see a charge from “Chronicle Services LLC” after a successful purchase is made.
Can I get a return or refund once a purchase is made?
Due to the nature of minting the NFT to your account at the purchase point, the initial purchase cannot be refunded. This is because the blockchain transaction cannot be reversed. Therefore Chronicle does NOT provide refunds for any purchase that you might make on or through the App- whether for the Chronicle Store, Secondary Marketplace, or Auctions.
How do I export my NFT to my wallet address or Metamask?
Chronicle’s system is centralised and has been created to introduce traditional users to the world of digital collectibles and NFTs. Therefore all collectibles purchased within Chronicle stay within the Chronicle ecosystem.
What blockchain are you using to mint the items into NFTs?
The minting of the item into an NFT is performed when you make the collectible purchase. We are using the Aurora EVM on NEAR Protocol, an eco-friendly blockchain solution that offsets its energy use via a tree-planting program.
I have purchased an NFT on Chronicle and now I want to be able to sell it. How can I do that?
Our secondary marketplace is still in the process of being built and is expected to launch in Q1 2022.
I am trying to purchase an NFT but the credit card field is not displaying.
Ensure you are using https:// in the web address field to allow the Stripe API integration to function correctly.
After clicking “Verify” I did not receive my verification email.
Check your spam folder. You can also resend a verification email from the “My Collectibles” page in your Chronicle account.
Alternatively, you can sign in via the "Google sign in" or "Facebook" methods from the login page which will bypass the requirement for email verification.
When can I use XNL tokens inside Chronicle?
Our development team are working fast on this. XNL tokens will be integrated into Chronicle as part of our Roadmap strategy. This is expected to take place in Q1 and Q2 of 2022.

You are responsible for the security of your account for the Chronicle App and for your electronic wallets. If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your password or of your account with us, please notify us immediately at contact@chronicle.io
